Article (1):

All independent organizations and target bodies within the scope of the federationis work have the right to acquire membership in the federation.

Article (2):

In order to acquire the federation is membership, it is required to submit an application to the federation is general secretariat to express a desire to acquire membership, according to which the entity wishing to join decides its commitment to the federation is statute and its executive regulations, and undertakes to perform all the obligations stipulated therein, including the payment of the member is subscription.

Article (3):

The General Administration of the Federation issues a decision to accept the new member, based on the proposal of the Executive Council, and the member exercises the duties of membership immediately after the issuance of this decision.

Article (5):

If a member commits acts that harm the federation or fails to perform the obligations determined by the federation is statute or its executive regulations, the federation is president issues a warning to stop working and return to performing his obligations. If he does not comply, the federation presents his order to the Executive Council, which suspends his membership. If the member does not perform his obligations after his membership has been suspended, the matter of canceling his membership shall be submitted to the General Administration at its next session.

Article (6):

The General Administration may accept, as an observer, a member who does not meet one or more of the conditions for membership in the federation, or members who request observer membership, based on a recommendation from the Executive Council.
